Here’s the reality: God wants to be involved in all you do – including how you care for your body. You’ve probably heard the verse

“…Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God.” (1 Cor. 10:31),

Well, we take that very seriously. Your body is God’s creation.  Even more than that, it’s His temple. When you keep God at the center of your fitness program, He will give you the strength and self-control to make lasting changes. That’s why we put “Faith” first.
