WHAT’S CAUSING YOUR BOOBS TO SAG?

Having a baby, breastfeeding, contributes to a loss of elasticity of collagen, leaving your breast more deflated than firm. Sag can also be genetics or as a result of aging meaning some breast sag is inevitable. Below are some other reasons why your breast may be sagging:

Smoking can contribute to sagging, it breaks down elastin, by decreasing the blood supply to the skin surface.

  1. No sunscreen protection

Without a protective coating of sunscreen can lead to premature ageing and unwanted sagging.

  1. Wearing an unsupportive bra

Make sure to get the best fit for your body. The more your boobs bounce around, the more stressed breast skin and collagen become.

  1. You don’t drink enough water

Skipping water can make your skin appear rough and shrunken. Water is the world’s most magical drink.

So while you are thinking about how to make corrections, you can start with something as little as DRINKING LOTS OF WATER!
