Is your workout routine becoming boring? Try doing these
- Dancing. Just dance to that music video, or your favorite track or you can join a dance class.
- Go walking. And get some fresh air. Get a friend to join you and just walk and jist. I love walking and praying. You can listen to music while walking.
- Swimming is absolutely fun. If you can’t Swim you can learn in 2 weeks.
- Play basket ball or football.
